Charters starting at $300 Per Hour

Rates vary based on date and yacht selected

• Minimum charter duration: 3 hours

• Fuel charges are additional

• Maximum capacity: charterer plus 12 guests

Captain and Crew

Captain’s Fee is separate and paid DIRECTLY to the Captain according to their terms

• A contact list of qualified operators will be provided

• Customary gratuity for the captain and crew is 15 -20% of the total captain’s fee

Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your charter

• Remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to departure

• Reservations made withing 7 days of departure require full payment at booking

Cancellation & Weather Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the charter date may be eligible for rescheduling based on availability.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled charter are non-refundable

• In the event of unsafe weather conditions including high winds, hazardous waves, lightning, severe storms, or Coast Guard restriction the charter may be rescheduled at the captain’s discretion. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued

• Light rain or cloudy conditions do not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund

• No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable
